Stamper on the shore challenge

I have a friend that is having a birthday and this was the perfect time to make a birthday card and something for the stamped by the shore challenge. I have three layers to give it depth and a little bling for show. She likes things with a clean feel to them. Not clutter!

I would never ever use these colors together, but some how it came together.  I used paper from AB  and stamped the butterfly with Brilliance.  The ribbon is a new kind of ribbon and it really doesn't do it justice in the picture.  I also added some pearls to keep it looking soft.

Works or art!

This was a work in progress over three days .  After a good friend has moved away I was very depressed and did  not want to do anything .   I love the way that this card turned out.  I never use this type of paper color or anything.  It really is a work of art. This also was a card that was inspired by my mother graduating from school with her masters and the colors just felt right.
